Book Direct & Save Discount:

Independent Stay Discount:

A $70.00/night discount is available for those wishing to enjoy a more independent experience. This rate doesn’t include the breakfast hamper and housekeeping service. The Independent Rate is available on the booking screen.

Rate Inclusions:

INCLUSIVE RATE: Includes a daily hamper of fresh breakfast provisions for an English or Continental breakfast, coffee, a selection of teas, fresh milk and daily housekeeping service.

INDEPENDENT RATE: Includes coffee, a selection of teas and fresh milk. For stays of 4+ nights, fresh towels are offered every 2nd day. For stays exceeding 7 nights, a complimentary housekeeping service each week will be available.

Long Stay Discount:

A discount of approximately 10% is applied to bookings of 7+ nights. The discount is applied automatically to the nightly rate at the booking screen when 7 nights or more are selected.

Minimum Stays:

PEAK (SUMMER) SEASON:

From 24th December - 20th March, a four-night minimum is required over most dates. Some shorter stays will be possible if they fill gaps between bookings. These are usually bookable online if available; however, we cannot show them all so if you'd like to stay 2 or 3 nights and it isn't possible online, please contact us to see if it's possible

SHOULDER SEASON (SPRING & AUTUMN):

We are taking 2-night bookings for most dates. Some dates in November and December may have a 3-night minimum.

LOW (WINTER) SEASON:

A minimum stay of 2 nights applies during the winter

Check-in and Check-out times:

  • Check-in: from 3 pm (15:00)

  • Check-out: by 10 am (10:00)

  • Early check-ins and late check-outs may be possible, but must be arranged before your arrival/departure

Gift Vouchers:

If you’d like to purchase a gift voucher for somebody, please contact us. We can issue gift vouchers for a dollar amount or for a stay (if you have a specific date).

Booking Restrictions:

  • We regret that we are unable to accommodate children under 12 years old. If a reservation has to be cancelled to adhere to this policy (for example, if you arrive to check-in with a child under 12), the guest will be liable for the cancellation fee.

  • No pets are permitted on the property. Good kennel facilities are available in Golden Bay for those travelling with dogs who wish to stay

  • Extra Person Policy: We are unable to accommodate extra persons in our rooms

  • Christmas Day - Check-ins, check-outs and housekeeping service are unavailable on Christmas Day. Please also note that travelling in New Zealand on Christmas Day can be more difficult; almost all cafes, supermarkets and gas stations are closed.
